Designed for the Optima series, this 6-place rotor is optimized for density gradient separations where maximum G-force and resolution are required. The swinging-bucket design ensures that the sample tubes are oriented horizontally during the run, providing the most efficient path for the separation of small particles, such as proteins, viruses, and RNA.
