Heated 3-port vacuum manifold/chamber in excellent condition. This high vacuum, SS304 vacuum chamber is extremely clean. Knife edges are in excellent condition, as shown.

Has 230V heat wrap on main chamber. 6" right angle flange has 3x high voltage feedthrough connections as shown.

One of the 2-3/4" flanges is rotatable. The rest are fixed (non-rotatable).
