The Lintech 90 series linear positioning stagess are designed to maximize performance while minimizing physical size and cost. These linear motion slides use a low friction, preloaded, recirculating linear ball bearing system, which ride on precision ground linear round rails. The linear rails are mounted to a precision machined aluminum base, which offers a rigid support over the entire travel of the table's carriage. The load is mounted to a precision machined aluminum carriage, which has threaded stainless steel inserts for high strength and wear life.

This high-performance, precision linear positioning assembly features a heavy-duty LinTech 90 Series Linear Stage (Model 90618) integrated with a rugged Reliance Motion Control Permanent Magnet DC Servo Motor and a high-resolution US Digital Optical Encoder.
Engineered for precision automation, laboratory instrumentation, and cleanroom semiconductor manufacturing environments, this unit comes equipped with factory-installed protective accordion bellows (way covers). These bellows completely seal the internal linear guide rails and drive screw assembly, preventing environmental contamination and preserving the lifetime of the internal precision bearings. The motor is mounted in a space-saving parallel drive configuration via a heavy-duty belt-reduction housing for optimized torque and compact system integration.
