The SLED1300D is the 14 pin DIL package version containing a SLED1300C device. The module operates in the 1300 nm window and is designed to have low spectral ripple and very high output power in SM. The module includes a Peltier element and a 10 kOhm thermistor for temperature stabilization of the device. The package is delivered with a 1m fibre pigtail and is intended for laboratory use.
