This MDC VPS Viewport Shutter is a 6.75 inch OD (DN160CF 171 mm) unit for large-aperture vacuum systems requiring complete viewport protection. The pivoting flapper is actuated through a bellows-sealed rotary drive allowing precise partial and full openings. With a CF metal seal interface and stainless steel construction, it is bakeable to 230°C and provides long-term UHV performance for vacuum coating, plasma processing, and analytical equipment.
